  • Proven experience in designing and delivering a variety of training programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
