Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering a variety of training programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
