Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst 

Working time:  03.00pm 12.00am (USA work timings)

Working Mode: Hybrid (weekly once need to visit Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Monitoring: Track customer portals to identify pending and upcoming payments.
• SOA Review: Retrieve and review customer Statements of Account (SOAs) for accuracy and completeness.
• Payment Reconciliation: Match customer payments with company records to resolve discrepancies.
• Communication: Liaise with customers and internal teams to address payment-related queries.
• Collections Collaboration: Work with the collections team to monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in accounts receivable management and recommend actionable improvements.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic AR reports, highlighting key issues and trends.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure AR activities comply with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with customer portals and internet-based tools.
• Solid understanding of AR processes and financial reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with financial software systems and intermediate proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
