Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, ability to do quotations/invoicing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective responses to their queries and concerns.

• Ensure smooth internal coordination between the back office and front-line staff to expedite order processing and delivery.
  
  
• Assist in maintaining customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  
  
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
