Job Role

• Prepare designs on purpose built facilities, based on Company guidelines issued on infrastructure designs and carry out evaluations of project proposals and managing all aspects of constructions, designs , procurements, project management
• Contribute to development of maintenance & technical functions strategy including aspects of budgeting, forecasting, manpower requirements, etc. to achieve desired availability, productivity and compliance standards for facilities and equipment
• Prepare plans and ensure utilization of facilities, equipment, materials and personnel to improve efficiency of operations
• Ensure implementation of maintenance programs including repair, regular and preventive maintenance of building, machinery, equipment and vehicles in the hubs, gateways or terminal warehouses
• Ensure planning and delivery of industrial engineering projects in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner
• Schedule, prioritize and deliver facilities management activities such as property management, purchasing related to facilities, vehicle fleet management, etc.
• Oversee and ensure facilities planning such as space planning and allocation, facility infrastructure condition assessment, etc. and facilities security including people and facilities

Requirement

• Should be qualified with a Diploma in Engineering in either Industrial or Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
• Should have exposure and experience in Facility Design, Fit out Construction, Vendor negotiation, Carrying out Feasibility Studies and Managing Vendor contracts.
• Should be proficient with Designing Software and applications.
• Should have a minimum of 6 to 8 Years of Experience in similar role or related role.
• Should be willing to work in a dynamic work environment and adopting to change.
