Key responsibilities include:
Lead and manage the Performance Management cycle from Goal setting to evaluation.
Juggle multiple Talent management processes along the entire talent lifecycle
Lead and manage the intern population of the organization from sourcing to the point of exit
interviews
Support in executing all recruitment requirements from advert creation to confirmation of talent
Support in developing talent across the innovation organization though searching, curating and
rolling out specific training programs
Be accountable and manage HR projects towards completion
You will be required to have:
A Bachelors in HR, Business, Psychology or Arts fields
Professional qualification in HR or PM fields is an advantage
At 1.5 years in a HRD or Talent Management role
Working knowledge of the Employee Talent Lifecycle and have managed at least two stages
Knowledge of basic financial acumen
Time management and event management skills
Proficiency in MS excel
Some knowledge in Data Analytics
Has a creative and design flair
Excellent command of spoken English and Sinhala
Work Arrangement:
Primarily On-site
