Job Title: General Manager - Operations

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Restaurant, ensuring the smooth running of the outlets.
• Business Planning: Develop business strategies to increase guest traffic, Average Purchase per Customer (APC), and Gross Profit (GP) margins.
• Financial Management: Manage the restaurant P&L, ensuring cost control, profit maximization, and financial efficiency.
• Quality Control: Maintain operational standards and product quality in line with brand policies.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with parent companies, ensuring satisfaction through regular monitoring and evaluation.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated with emerging trends in the restaurant industry and apply best practices to improve service offerings.
• Customer Satisfaction: Enhance the customer experience by delivering top-class service and products.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the team, ensuring the achievement of company goals through performance-driven leadership.

Skill Profile:

• Experience: At least 10 years in a managerial role with at least 3 years of experience in a senior management capacity. Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
• Educational Qualifications: MBA, Bachelors degree, or a Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Management.
• Leadership: Proven track record in managing teams, motivating staff, and driving performance.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to innovate and work under pressure, constantly coming up with new ideas to improve business performance.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
• Result-Oriented: Focused on achieving and exceeding set KPIs while driving profitability and business growth.
