Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our client's team and oversee the operations of their six manufacturing factories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woven products and washing techniques, as well as a proven track record in managing multiple factories and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's six manufacturing factories, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and profitability of the factories.

- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements.

- Manage and evaluate the performance of factory managers and other key personnel, providing coaching and support as needed.

- Collaborate with other senior executives to develop and execute company-wide strategies and initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for new technologies and processes to improve the company's operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on woven products and washing techniques.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple factories and driving operational excellence.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
