Job Title: Chief Engineer (Resorts)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the operation, rnaintenance, and repair of all systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. 
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability. 
• Manage energy conservation programs and recommend cost-saving initiatives. 
• Lead, supervise, and train the engineering team, fostering a culture of teamwork and operational excellence. 
• Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to meet operational and maintenance needs. 
• Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies. 
• Align technical operations with the overall goals of the hotel group to uphold our brand standards.



Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Degree in Engineering or a related field. 
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in an engineering leadership role, preferably within a hospitality or hotel environment. 
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to deliver practical solutions. 
• Experience working within multi-property or group hotel environments is a plus.
