Position: Tour Handling Executive - Inbound & Outbound Inbox
JOB ROLE
Requirements:
Education:
A diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
OR
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tour handling, travel coordination, or customer service, with a focus on inbound and outbound tours.
Responsibilities:
- Tour Planning & Coordination:
Plan, organize, and execute travel itineraries for inbound and outbound clients, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience.
- Client Communication:
Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their travel.
- Supplier Coordination:
Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and other suppliers to ensure all arrangements meet quality standards.
- Booking Management:
Handle all bookings related to flights, accommodation, transfers, and excursions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all required documentation for travel, including visas, permits, and insurance, is processed in accordance with legal requirements.
- Cost Management:
Prepare budgets and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans while maintaining high service standards.
- Problem Resolution:
Handle any issues or unexpected changes during the travel period, providing quick solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
