WE ARE HIRING: .NET Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with business analysts, product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Carry out detailed technical design of software solutions
• Estimate effort and resource requirements for software development projects
• Implement technical designs including coding, calling existing services and creating new components
• Ensure adherence to engineering principles and related processes
• Mentor junior team members by identifying knowledge and skill gaps and bridging them
• Take full ownership of project delivery and timelines
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCP Certification
• Minimum 6 years of industry experience in software development
• Core technical skills: .Net, React JS, Azure
• Hands-on experience with modern .NET stack including:
• ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework Core, .Net Framework 4, ASP.Net Core Web APIs, MS SQL Server
• Practical experience with Azure Cloud Services:
• App Services, API Management, Service Bus, etc.
• Strong understanding of Application Security, Identity & Access Management, OAuth, and SSO
• Basic knowledge of mobile development is an added advantage
