Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for partnering with the senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.

• Lead the end-to-end executive search process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Should utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including networking, executive search firms, and online platforms, Educational Institutions to identify and attract top-tier talent.

• Should utilize & maintain data & analytics to track recruitment metrics, assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and identify areas for improvement.

• Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs and networking forums to promote employer brand and attract top talent.

• Oversee the completion of all necessary employee documentation, including contracts, confidentiality agreements and compliance forms.

• Responsible for coordination of the end-to-end onboarding process & ensure that the new hire is familiarized to the organization.

• Prepare & maintain personal files of the Executive and above cadre.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the new hire experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional qualification in HR or similar from a reputed University/Institute.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
