WE ARE HIRING: MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES
1. Working Hours : 7.30 am to 5.30 pm
2. Working days : Monday - Friday
3. Working method : onsite
4. Location: Biyagama Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all organizational manpower requirements are identified, by attracting, selecting and recruiting suitable
- talent in order to fulfil organizational manpower requirements whilst, ensuring the retention of key talent by creating a satisfactory work environment.
- Contribute to the development of the organization plan as a member of the core team, provide advice / guidance to the management on all aspects related to the development / implementation of human resource procedures therebyfacilitating organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement procedures to build, maintain and enhance industrial relations and employee relations, ensure all employees grievances are solved effectively, facilitate bi party / Tri Party dialogue and organize employee welfare events to motivate employees.
- Ensure the organization meets all criteria indicated on various HR Compliance / Sustainability / Social Compliance audits and initiatives by implementing control mechanisms and overseeing the practices / standards adopted by the organization to comply with all stakeholders including lean initiatives
- Prepare, monitor and control the departmental budget, facilitate the formulation of other relevant budgets such as Manpower, wage bill etc.
- Ensure coordination with relevant personnel to implement the performance Management system, guide and advise the management on all performance management related aspects to ensure employee performance is monitored and rewarded in a consistent manner.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management in order to get the specific outcome of the special projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Qualifications:
. Masters degree in human resource management
. Bachelors degree in human resources management / business administration
. Professional Qualification in HR CIMA or CIM qualification would be an added advantage.
- Professional Experience:
. 8- 10 Years in the Industry with leadership capacity

. Ability to manage large teams and drive process improvements
