Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry with exposure to retail industry solutions.
• Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the allocated region.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage sales operations in the allocated region, including client acquisition and relationship management.
• Conduct software and hardware troubleshooting activities to ensure seamless operations for our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on our range of Retail Information Technology products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
