Job Title : Reservations Executive (Industry : Hospitality)

• Work Hours: 9:00 pm to 6:00 am

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent qualification with an understanding of luxury travel trends and luxury service standards
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written are crucial for this role
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a range of diverse guests and colleagues
• Proficient knowledge of Reservations PMS & CRM Systems, OTA Connections
• Previous experience with Cloudbeds, Salesforce, SynXis would be an added advantage
