Job Title : Digital Marketing Strategist 

Location : Colombo, Sri Lanka

Work Type : Onsite

Work Hours : 8 am to 5:30 pm

Job Role :

As the architect of digital strategy of the company, you will be : 

• Developing and implementing data-driven, cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion
• A master of the digital mix : Own and optimize paid advertising (PPC, social media ads), SEO, content marketing, email marketing and more
• A data wizard: Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to continuously improve results
• A creative collaborator: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content) to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience
• A forward-thinking leader : Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing digital landscape and share your expertise with the team

Requirements : 

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO and PPC with a proven track record of success in driving results
• Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and how they work together
• Data-savvy and comfortable analyzing campaign performance and drawing actionable insights
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and can think outside the box
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Are passionate about digital marketing and excited to make a real impact on a growing brand
