As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads to support the recruitment team in identifying potential clients and expanding our client base. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and engage potential clients.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies and initiate contact to introduce our recruitment services.
- Qualification of Leads:
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential as viable clients.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our services, offerings, and value propositions.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Track and report on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a recruitment or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of converting leads into opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a results-oriented approach to achieving objectives.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
