Job Description:

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads to support the recruitment team in identifying potential clients and expanding our client base. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and engage potential clients.
    • Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies and initiate contact to introduce our recruitment services.
  2. Qualification of Leads:

    • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential as viable clients.
  3. Relationship Building:

    • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through regular communication and follow-up.
    • Provide accurate and timely information about our services, offerings, and value propositions.
  4. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and update the CRM system accordingly.
    • Track and report on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a recruitment or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of converting leads into opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a results-oriented approach to achieving objectives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
