Job Title: Field Collections Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Collections Specialist to visit customers and recover outstanding debts on unsecured loans. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person visits to customers with overdue payments.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Communicate effectively to understand financial situations and reasons for non-payment.
• Negotiate and arrange repayment plans within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
• Submit timely reports on collection progress.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams for debt recovery processes.
• Provide accurate information on payment options.

Requirements:

• Experience in debt collection, preferably in Fintech.
• Familiarity with unsecured loan products and recovery processes.
• Valid riding/driving license with a bike (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
• High integrity, commitment, and resilience.
• Ability to negotiate, handle challenges, and work independently.
