Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets within the territory.
• Drive profitable daily sales, manage order bookings, and maintain order positions.
• Develop and expand the customer base through new sales opportunities.
• Handle both project and retail sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects and builders.
• Conduct visits, address inquiries, and ensure consistent follow-ups with projects, architects, and builders.
• Manage receivables, including the collection of outstanding payments.
• Set sales objectives by creating a strategic plan and preparing monthly budgets.
• Identify new business growth opportunities, new product ideas, and changes in services or packaging by surveying market needs, consumer trends, and competitors.
• Plan strategically and work proactively to achieve targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Expertise in sales planning and budget development.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Sound market knowledge and awareness of trends.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
