ERP Specialist - Solutions Engineering [Executive Category] Opportunity in Textile and Apparel

• Lead or actively engage in ERP system implementations, focusing on design and deploying customized/configured ERP solutions that align with the organization's needs.· 
• Customize and configure ERP software to meet business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.· 
  
• Continuously monitor and maintain the ERP system for peak performance, security, and reliability. Address technical problems, apply updates, and safeguard data integrity.· 
  
• Identify and implement ERP system improvements driven by evolving business needs and technology advancements, adhering to best practices and industry standards.·
  
• Collaborate to integrate ERP with other organization software and systems, enabling seamless data flow for real-time decision-making.·
  
• Perform regular unit testing to verify the accuracy and functionality of the ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions.·
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ERP configurations and integrations, while also offering training and support to optimize system utilization.· 
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions and enhance client engagements
  
  8. Qualifications:
  
  Educational Background:
  
  Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  
  Technical Skills:
  
• Demonstrable experience in ERP ecosystem solutions encompasses everything related to the implementation, operation, and maintenance of an ERP system.
  
• Hands-on experience in ERP real-time integration support, preferably in textile/Process manufacturing is an added advantage. 
  
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP systems. 
  
• Programming language proficiency (e.g., knowledge of languages like Java for scripting and data manipulation). 
  
• Proficiency in designing and implementing API-based integrations between ERP systems and third-party software applications or systems, ensuring seamless data exchange. 
  
• Strong understanding of API development and web services, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  
  ERP Expertise: 
  
• Profound knowledge and experience in ERP system planning, design, implementation, and maintenance. 
  
• Familiarity with the ERP ecosystem. Personal Characteristics / Behavior: 
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues. 
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including non-technical users.
  
• Embrace change and innovation as mandatory and not optional
  
  Professional Experience: 
  
• At least 2 years or above experience is required. Inclusion of two non-related references.
