Key Responsibilities:

• Assist agile teams in defining testable work to ensure robust, high-performing, and secure solutions.
• Promote continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce test cycle time.
• Review design documents, business requirements, and acceptance criteria to develop effective test scenarios.
• Provide feedback on project documentation to support the development of testing strategies, frameworks, and test plans.
• Proactively report risks, challenges, blockers, and upcoming tasks to the Scrum Master or Quality Manager.
• Ensure defect detection and reporting, working with Product Owners to prioritize fixes based on impact.
• Highlight software and hardware requirements to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Actively contribute to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) by sharing best practices, learning, and compliance with CoE standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong scripting experience using automation tools like Selenium, with expertise in testing best practices.
• Prior experience in creating modular and reusable automation frameworks using Selenium with JUnit or TestNG.
• Experience with frameworks like Cucumber or Data-Driven Testing.
• Knowledge of AngularJS, Protractor, Maven, and Charles Proxy is an advantage.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, Capture, or Confluence.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong expertise in test planning, traceability matrix, tool optimization, and test data planning.
• Exposure to a secondary automation tool (UFT) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in front-end automation test planning, scripting, framework development, and maintenance.
• Ability to integrate automation scripts with scripting languages for seamless automation execution.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
