Research & Business Development Executive

Working days: Monday to Friday five weekdays
Working time: 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM
Working mode: From office
Location: Colombo 01
Type of Appointment: Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth research on industries, market trends & global opportunities
• Generate & present innovative business ideas for growth
• Assist subsidiaries in market expansion & product improvements
• Translate research insights into actionable strategies
• Develop detailed reports, presentations & proposals

What Were Looking For

• Self-starter with a strong analytical mindset
• Highly digital-savvy with experience in online research & analysis
• Knowledge of global trends & emerging markets
• Exceptional presentation & communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Additional qualifications in Mechanical or Civil Engineering are a plus
• Experience in research, analysis & business development is an advantage
• Age: 20 26 years
• Excellent English skills (verbal & written) are a MUST
