Job Role: Assistant Manager International Marketing
Work mode: Onsite
Work Hours: 8.30 am-5.30 pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday ; Weekends on call



Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales in existing and new international markets.
• Researching and analyzing market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Identify and explore opportunities in both new and existing markets to expand our global presence.
• Responsible for delivering personal as well as team results in volume, revenue, and profits.
• Generating new business from existing as well as new customers while maintaining a cordial relationship with all customers.
• Utilize digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Management or equivalent qualification (CIM/SLIM) from a recognized university or institute.
• At least 5 years of prior experience in marketing industry, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Digital branding and social media marketing experience a plus.
• Should be a team player and be able to work in cross functional teams.
• Flexibility to travel and work long hours when required.
