Job Title: Senior Executive Human Resources 

Job Summary:

The Senior Executive Human Resources is responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture by leading employee engagement initiatives, managing training and development programs, and overseeing the performance management process. This role ensures that employees are motivated, skilled, and aligned with organizational goals, driving overall productivity and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs, reward & recognition initiatives, and wellness activities.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on findings.
  • Organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle grievance management and conflict resolution to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs through employee feedback, performance evaluations, and business goals.
  • Develop and coordinate training programs, leadership development initiatives, and technical upskilling workshops.
  • Collaborate with external trainers and institutes for specialized training programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and enhance future programs.
  • Maintain employee training records and skill development roadmaps.
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals for employees.
  • Work with managers to ensure fair and effective performance reviews.
  • Identify high-potential employees (HiPos) for career progression and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
  • Contribute to the HR strategy by aligning engagement, training, and performance management with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices, trends, and industry benchmarks to enhance HR processes.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on employee engagement, training completion, and performance metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is an advantage).
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Employee Engagement, Training & Development, and Performance Management.
  • Strong knowledge of performance appraisal frameworks (KPIs, 360-degree feedback, etc.).
  • Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and training programs.
  • Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and HR analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance related to employee well-being.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in compering would be an added advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
