Junior Executive / Executive - Credit Control

Location: Colombo 05
Employment Type: Onsite

Working Conditions:

• Working Days: As per the Shop & Office Act (Saturday work only on an urgent basis).
• Working Hours: 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM (Must be able to work extended hours).
• Salary Range: LKR 40,000 - 50,000 (+ Recovery Commission)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Follow up on overdue collections and ensure timely payments.
• Manage customer portfolio and handle inquiries professionally.
• Conduct regular debtor follow-ups to maintain payment compliance.
• Resolve invoice issues to ensure smooth payment collection.
• Generate invoices and meet assigned collection targets.
• Call and visit customers when necessary to ensure debt recovery.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
