Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager opportunity in FMCG


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in the FMCG industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can attract, engage, and retain top talent to support our fast-paced business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMCG hiring needs and will drive recruitment strategies to build a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient and timely hiring.
• Identify and source top talent through various recruitment channels, including social media, job portals, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness to potential candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all hiring processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in FMCG recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG hiring trends, talent market insights, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume hiring environment.
