About the Role
Orysys is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Business Development to drive strategic growth, market expansion, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in software, hardware, and IT solutions, coupled with a proven track record in sales leadership, business strategy, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with Orysys growth objectives.
Drive revenue generation, market penetration, and customer acquisition across industry verticals.
Lead sales, presales, and account management functions, ensuring seamless execution of the sales cycle.
Conduct target audience analysis and oversee requirement gathering, documentation, and management (pre & post-sales).
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and offshore-onshore collaborations.
Conduct requirement workshops, product solutioning, and end-user training to ensure high client satisfaction.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
Lead project management efforts to ensure the timely delivery of solutions and services.
Oversee partner alliances and evaluate potential new partnerships.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10-12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development & Account Management.
Strong background in software, hardware, infrastructure, and resource augmentation.
Experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Hospitality industries is a plus.
Proven track record in sales leadership, revenue growth, and business expansion.
Expertise in business process reengineering and partner alliance management.
Experience working with offshore-onshore delivery models.
Relevant certifications in Sales, Agile, DevOps, and AI are an added advantage.
