• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 12:00PM to 9:00PM (Negotiable)
• Working Mode: Hybrid
• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka


Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Support Consultant with a background in software development to support our Software Engineering team.

You will play a crucial role in:

Gathering and documenting user requirements
Managing project tasks and tracking progress
Providing regular updates and reports
Assisting in continuous process improvements

Key Responsibilities

Collect and clarify user requirements through stakeholder interactions
Convert requirements into User Stories, Bugs, and Tasks in Jira
Track progress, identify blockers, and escalate risks
Provide status updates and management reports
Support the team with process documentation and improvements

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in Project Management
Strong written & verbal English skills for global collaboration
Attention to detail & ability to handle multiple tasks
Self-starter mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with task management tools (Jira, SharePoint, Bitbucket)

Desirable Skills

Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI & Microsoft Dynamics
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Interest in branding, marketing & market research
