Associate Programmer

• First Preference: Onsite candidates
• Alternative: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
• Office Location:  Colombo 9
• Position Type: 1 year Contract with 1 month Notice
  
  
  Minimum Requirements:
  
  • Up to 2 years of experience in statistical programming
    
  • Knowledge of SAS statistical procedures, safety, and efficacy analysis
    
  • Experience with clinical data and medical dictionaries (e.g., MedDRA, WHO-Drug)
    
  • Basic understanding of CDISC SDTM and ADaM data structures
    
  • Familiarity with clinical study reporting and study protocols
    
  • Bachelors degree in Statistics or a related science
    
  • Ability to follow assignments with minimal oversight
    
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    
  Role Responsibilities:
  
  • Develop submission-ready data presentations and datasets
    
  • Conduct QC checks, interim analyses, and eSub tasks under supervision
    
  • Work on assigned tasks while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
    
  • Identify issues and seek guidance from supervisors
    
  • Maintain and update progress logs in a timely manner
    
  • Support process improvements and programming efficiency initiatives
    
  • Review tables, listings, and edit checks for quality assurance
    
  • Present technical findings to non-technical audiences
