RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, forecasts, budgets and
  financial statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure
  compliance with regulatory standards and optimize financial performance.
• Manage financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy,
  timeliness, and integrity of financial information.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and
  recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency
  and maximize profitability.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and financial risk management strategies to safeguard
  company assets and optimize working capital.
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities to minimize tax liabilities
  and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to
  facilitate audits and regulatory filings.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture
  of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting
  the apparel sector, proactively adapting financial strategies and policies accordingly.

REQUISITES:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Fully/Partqualified CA/CIMA/ACCA/CMA.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a
• senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards and
• regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
