WE ARE HIRING : Assistant Manager - Sales

Candidate Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 4-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Able to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Knowledge of freight forwarding will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their logistics needs and offering customised freight solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client visits, and networking
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies and customer expectations Work closely with internal teams including operations, documentation, and customer service to ensure seamless shipment execution
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging market needs to inform and adjust sales approaches
• Represent EFL at trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence
