Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Excellence Training & Enablement Manager to design, implement, and oversee service training initiatives that enhance frontline employees skills, elevate service standards, and align with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AI-driven training, gamification, and digital learning tools, ensuring impactful and innovative learning experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance frontline employees skills and service standards.
  • Regularly update training content to reflect industry best practices, customer expectations, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct workshops across multiple locations, ensuring consistency while addressing regional challenges.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools, gamification, and e-learning solutions to deliver engaging and effective training experiences.
  • Measure and track training performance, assess impact, and refine programs through audits, feedback, and learning analytics.
  • Collaborate with HR, operations, and compliance teams to address training gaps and align initiatives with organizational policies.
  • Mentor, coach, and guide employees to drive a culture of continuous learning and service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Training, Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in service training, learning & development, or customer service leadership.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, ATD, Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Design, or Coaching.
  • Expertise in AI-driven training, gamification, learning analytics, and digital content creation is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills with proven ability to mentor and coach teams.
  • Skilled in analyzing training effectiveness, aligning programs with business goals, and driving service improvement.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
