Senior Business Analyst

WE ARE HIRING: Senior Business Analyst


Role & Responsibility:

o Assist the Project Manager and work with Business users to understand and evaluate

business processes for automation and improvement.

o Collaborate with Project Managers on various projects to operate the functions and ensure

smooth business processes.

o Conduct system training and work out the system documents /guidelines /manuals.

o Conduct user acceptance Tests and implement application systems.

o Work with the Development Team on program enhancement, implementation, and support.

Plan and coordinate support activities among the Overseas Offices Support Team members

and provide application training and support services to Connor, the client, and vendor users.

o Implement Microsoft Power BI.

Requirements:

o Tertiary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

o At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in business process

analysis, business requirements collection, and business analysis. At least 3 years of

experience with Microsoft Power BI.

o Familiarity with the basic principles of SQL and proficient in using Excel. Knowledge of

Microsoft Dynamic 365 and Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.

o Qualifications of EDI Boomi Professional Developer or Professional API Design Certifications

are an advantage.

o Good command of spoken and written English. Good problem-solving techniques,

communication, and interpersonal skills.
