About the job Product Pre-Sales Engineer position
WE ARE HIRING: Product Pre-Sales Engineer
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Weekend- Saturday & Sunday)
- Working Mode: On-site
- Working Time: 9:00am to 6:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Work Location: Colombo
Key Responsibilities:

Introduce products and features to customers, assist with product selection and configuration, and resolve technical issues.

Understand and consolidate customer requirements, and provide feedback to the product department for improvements.

Conduct product training sessions for customers to enhance their knowledge of technology and products.

Perform competitive product analysis and prepare monthly analysis reports.
Accept and complete additional tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Key Requirements:
- Pre-Sales Engineer experience or relevant background in the security industry (companies like HIKvision, Uniview, Tiandy, etc.);
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Sales, or a related field;
- Strong technical knowledge;
- Introduce products and features to the customer, help customer to select and configure products and solve technical problems;
- Understand and consolidate customer requirement about products, feedback to product department for product improvement;
- Training for Customers, helps them know more about Dahua product and improve technology knowledge;
- Responsible for competitive product analysis and output analysis reports monthly;
- Accept other tasks assigned by superior leaders;
- Work Location: Colombo
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant field, preferably within the consumer video surveillance industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Local language, English, (both written and spoken).
- Solid knowledge of MS-Office applications and internet browsing.
- Flexibility: Willingness to undertake business travel as required.
