Job Summary:
Responsible for driving all non-ticket revenue streams, including baggage, seat selection, onboard sales, and third-party partnerships. This role develops and executes strategies to maximize ancillary income across digital and physical channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the ancillary revenue strategy.
- Launch and optimize innovative products and services (e.g., baggage, meals, Wi-Fi).
- Build strategic partnerships with hotels, car rental providers, and insurance companies.
- Drive digital integration to enhance customer experience and conversion.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
- 3-5+ years in commercial or revenue-focused roles in the aviation sector.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in digital channels and pricing.
- Proven leadership abilities and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Background in aviation industry with strong marketing and sales capabilities.
