Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve hiring processes.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the Recruitment field would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring is a plus
