Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve hiring processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the Recruitment field would be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring is a plus
