Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and control operations related to all travel aspects of the company.

• Manage and lead a small team handling ticketing and visa services.

• Coordinate and direct the activities of team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Oversee and drive the success of ticketing, visa services, and tour package handling (inbound and outbound).

• Create and maintain budgets and achieve key sales targets.

• Manage social media platforms and ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Ensure professional service delivery in ticketing, visa handling, and tour arrangements.

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in the travel trade with strong industry knowledge and connections.

• Proficient in airline booking systems, especially AMADEUS.

• Experience in ticketing, visa processing, and both inbound and outbound tour arrangements.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.

• Ambitious, outgoing, and willing to go above and beyond in responsibilities.

• Ability to manage and motivate a small team.
