Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to deliver outstanding performance.

Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and business development strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand strategies.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in sales and marketing with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong knowledge of sales strategies, marketing principles, and market analysis.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
