• Work Type: Onsite
• Work Hours: Week Days 7.00 AM TO 6.30 PM, Saturday - 7.30 AM -.30 PM 
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pattern Making and Grading In a Recognized University or Institute
• Should have Three years of working experience in a relevant field
• Read & understand customer comments & tech pack details
• Knowledge of pattern making as per measurements, garment construction, consumption, fabric properties and manufacturing process flow
• Experience in handling product categories formal & outerwear (Jackets, pants, tops, dresses)
• Good knowledge in working with the Tuka system
• Commitment to work long hours

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Identify the correct fit & construction requirement of a style & develop patterns, arrange cut kit for sampling, following up the Sample progress with sewing tech and send the samples to customer for fit review.
• Work with costing & grading teams to ensure costing & ordering consumptions are up to date.
• Provide style leadership in technical aspects by working with IE, Sewing, Molding, and R&D teams to ensure all construction is validated & risk is managed prior to passing to bulk
• Prepare, plot, and digitize pattern, develop samples, evaluate the sample for fit, and ensure that technical parameters are approved for new design /concepts developed by design and product development team.
• Work with internal stakeholders in providing pattern-related technical inputs and achievement of functional KPIs
