Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales/Management/Marketing will be an added advantage.

• Self-confidence and ability to influence and convince people. Fluency in all three languages.

• 2-3 years experience in the sales field.

• Near to reside in North ,South, Central, Uva provinces will be advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve given monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales targets through the promotion of all available Company products/ solutions to new and existing customers.

• Ensure to comply with standard compliance when acquiring new customers by ensuring proper documentation is in line with the required standards.

• Responsible to carryout Bizcare adoption campaign to new and existing customers by providing necessary training and system knowledge.

• Responsible to report sales achievement on a timely basis as per the divisional requirement.

• Responsible to update and record of all sales activities carried out on a current basis

• Visit all customers under the respective teams to ensure they are well secured /revenue growth through cross and up sell and zero Churn.

• Collate customer needs and requirements to specifically identify customer requirements

• Ensure to be on top of competitors in poaching new sales and penetrating to the increase the revenue for the respective segment.
