Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Min. 1 year experience in logistics management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Merchant Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for our merchant partners. Understand their needs and provide top-notch logistics solutions.
• Develop Logistics Strategies: Work with cross-functional teams to craft and refine logistics strategies that align with our goals.
• Oversee Shipping: Manage the entire shipping process from carrier selection to shipment tracking ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Resolve Issues: Take charge of any logistics issues, from order discrepancies to shipping delays, and solve them efficiently.
• Manage Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of orders, maintaining a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor Performance: Use data analytics to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all logistics operations meet Wow Mall's high standards.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze feedback from merchants and customers to continuously improve our logistics processes.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in logistics and e-commerce to keep our operations cutting-edge.
• Innovation: Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline logistics and enhance efficiency.
