Requirements:

• Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering automotive or a relevant engineering degree. Having Chartered Engineer status.
• Minimum of 10 years in a similar role, with a strong background in automotive and mechanical engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to work longer hours and work outstation areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential customers.
• By using the technical knowledge and understanding a customers suffering points in the industry convert customers and develop and secure the Biz.
• Use the technical knowledge in selling to customers.
• Oversee the objectives and submit reports to the Principal based on provided guidelines.
• Conduct technical seminars for current and prospective clients, offering support and solutions to enhance their operations and resolve issues.
• Organize Lube Clinics for targeted customers to address product-related issues and provide solutions to ensure customer retention.
• Visit client sites during machinery operations related to lubricants. Analyze and resolve issues to provide value-added services and retain customers.
• Prepare and present Lube Charts to customers, highlighting important lubricant parameters for visual representation.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and meet target sales for lubricants.
• Develop and nurture business partnerships by meeting potential customers and establishing mutually beneficial relationships.
• Manage debtors by minimizing financial risk by following up on payments and coordinating with internal teams.
