• Working Days: Sri Lankan standard workdays

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Collaborate with product development management to ensure product offerings and market demand alignment.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Monitor and analyze competitors' activities and market trends to stay ahead.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its products/services.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ Years of work experience in the export industry
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pickling and preserving food industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
