Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or full professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
  
  
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
  
  
• Experience in the similar industry will be an added advantage
  
  
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  
  
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Conduct variance analysis and report findings to senior management.
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.

2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

3. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

4. Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms with financial institutions.
Oversee the company's credit and collections policies.

5. Support the Finance Manager in strategic planning and financial decision-making.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business initiatives and projects.
Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and risk management.

6. Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and training as needed.
