Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Policy, International Development, Social Sciences).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in policy analysis, research, or related domains. Previous experience in international settings or working on global issues is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital research tools and platforms, coupled with advanced analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting rigorous research and policy analysis on complex social issues.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build productive relationships with internal and external partners.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• A genuine passion for driving positive change and advancing social justice on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses of successful policies and initiatives implemented by governments and international organizations.
• Synthesize research findings and best practices to inform evidence-based policymaking in areas such as education, poverty reduction, and human capital development.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and implement innovative solutions aligned with our foundation's mission and values.
• Cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and academic institutions, to maximize impact and scalability.
