Key Requirements

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g, Project Management, Business Administration).
• 10+ years of relevant domain experience (e.g., Shipping, Project Management, Logistics and Transport, Manufacturing and Distribution, Supply Chain).
• 10+ years of leadership experience at the Director level.
• Proven track record in handling and driving organizational strategies for business excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable points. 
• Excellent communication and consensus-building skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• A passion for excellence, with a precise and effective approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the operational strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Strategic Planning: Formulate overall strategic plans and goals for the group, proposing projects and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including government and regulatory authorities, to gain a competitive edge.
• Best Practices Implementation: Ensure the adoption of best practices and centrally developed strategies across the group.
• Client Relations: Maintain relationships with key clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with Heads of Group Management to improve overall group processes and efficiency.
• Intermediary Role: Act as a liaison between Group Directors, Shareholders, and the Group CEO to execute tasks assigned by the Group MD/Group CEO.
• Financial Achievement: Assist in achieving overall group financial goals in collaboration with the Group CEO/Group COO.
• Subsidiary Representation: Represent shareholder interests in subsidiary companies by serving as a director.
