Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of successful Agile project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Agile projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans using Agile principles, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Execute Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and adapt project plans as needed to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate Agile project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance Agile culture.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Agile practices and principles.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop Agile-specific mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Proactively address Agile-related issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Conduct regular Agile-related risk assessments and adjust project plans accordingly.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on Agile project status, milestones, and risks.
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and Agile development teams to ensure alignment with Agile project objectives.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce quality standards for Agile project deliverables.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes within the Agile framework to ensure the final product meets or exceeds customer expectations.
