Responsibilities
1. Guides and implements sales forecast, planning, and budgeting processes for each of the products along with principals and channel Partners.
2. Proactively Identify opportunities and recommend the best product lines/solutions and optimum pricing strategy within the business scope in order to get the maximum out of the contract
3. Provide necessary market information to Marketing Department to formulate strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions
4. Oversee and drive different strategic partners channel through maintaining and managing relationships with current and prospective partners by setting targets, Partner Categorization, Partner Certifications & Recognitions, etc.
5. Plan, Recommend & Guides to the management resources or staff to represents company at trade association, meetings, training, certifications, conferences, etc.
6. Evaluate and guide direct staff on their training needs or gaps by identifying performance requirements and the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to achieve the business units requirements
7. Closely coordinating with other departments of the company/group with the proper leadership to smoothly function any processes or procedures for the Business Units
8. Recommends and Guides pre-sales engineer & group sales team, on periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales funnels, and areas of proposed client base expansion
9. Periodic visits to partners or important customer with Sales team and build, strengthen and managing relationship while maintain close relationship with the foreign principals as well
10. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners, whoever deem necessary important for the business
11. Holds regular meetings with Business Units
  • Meeting with Group Finance Head and Group Finance dept.
  • Meeting with all Head office department Heads
  • Meeting with Technical head once a week
  • Meeting with Management every fortnight
12. Assist in international expansion

14. Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures for (individual/ team)
  • Information & data (confidentiality/ integrity)
  • Punctuality/ Attendance/ 
  • Leave Discipline & work ethics.
  • ISO compliance of the team
  • Calendar entries 
  • OTRS/Service Desk/ Partner Portals
  • Internet/ internal network usage (AUP)
  • Mobile/ telephone usage 
  • Office assets/ properties/ transport facilities 
  • Stores & backup/loan usage 
  • Customer / partner management
15. Developing & imposing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the Management
16. Be responsible for the gross profit of the company & P/L
17. Work in a mentoring capacity to enhance the skills of technical teams
