Requirements
- Diploma or qualification in Sales & Marketing
- Good with data analysis & have an eminent interest in client handling
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage ENT & SME renewals in assigned accounts throughout the complete sales cycle.
- Build strong customer relationships with partners and customers, through high volume of outbound customer calls.
- Manage the different facets of subscription and support renewals.
- Establish a mechanism to achieve Monthly / Quarterly and Annual Sales/gross profit renewal targets assigned by Business Lead - Renewals.
- Be responsive in a timely manner to win deals with Company value proposition towards the growth on the existing base Work with the product teams to receive feedback on the growing requirements of a customer / Partner.
- Monitor accounts and identifying, evaluating and work on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries & leads and sales visits
- Visit prospects & customers (field activity)
