Requirements:

  • A GCE A/L. Diploma or a BSC in Logistics along with 1 to 2 years of work experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in Packing, Removals, and Relocations
  • The company's core values are to collaborate, empower, and engage

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • All operational activity pertaining to Packing, Removals, and Relocations
  • Supporting the respective sales and marketing teams
  • New account acquisitions both local and international
  • Negotiating competitive rates with suppliers and IAM network agents
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Executing presentations related to individual performance
  • Monthly reports on business volumes, GP, etc.
  • Collection of debts within the stipulated period
  • Closely liaising with respective customers until process completion
  • Supporting the head of the division to achieve set budgets
  • Obtaining relevant authority certificates and documents such as Fumigation, Forest etc.
  • Pre-shipment documentation including CUSDEC preparation and post-shipment documentation including processing and dispatching.
  • Complying with the requirements of the Company Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9000:2015 and the Company Environmental Management System (EQMS) as per ISO 14001:2015
