Requirements:

• Proven experience (8 years) in implementing and supporting SAP PP/QM and MII modules in complex manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 4 end-to-end implementations in PP and QM and at least 1 end-to-end implementation in MII.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management principles, and industry best practices in industrial solutions (Automotive, IM&C, Aerospace & Defense).
• Hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM and MII implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PP/QM functionalities.
• Familiarity with MII functionalities and their integration with MES and ERP systems.
• Preferred experience in S/4HANA environments.
• Proficiency in ABAP debugging.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proactive identification of process optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in SAP implementations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP PP and QM (minimum 4 implementations) and at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP MII.
• Apply strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management principles to design and implement effective solutions.
• Engage in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support for SAP PP/QM and MII implementations.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP PP/QM functionalities such as production planning, shop floor control, quality inspections, and batch management.
• Leverage familiarity with MII functionalities including data collection, visualization, and integration with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
• Work in S/4HANA environments to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP/QM and MII configurations, interfaces, and data inconsistencies.
• Perform ABAP debugging for developed custom solutions, enhancements, and standard SAP functionalities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization within SAP PP/QM and MII proactively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in SAP implementations.
